Supervises job analysis and evaluation, analyses compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
Prepares salary and benefits budgets and proposals, and oversees implementation.

1) Career - H.R Total career: more than 9 years. (CBM career : more than 3 years)

3) Fluent English Communication (writing and speaking)

5) Age : less than 38 years old (1980~1977)
