This position reports to the Channel Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific and is responsible for generating demand for company from customers in South Korea. The position holder will drive sales and services to new and existing customers in South Korea and is responsible for maximizing customer value/satisfaction by aligning product solutions and services with key customer initiatives. This person will also build and maintain relationship with key decision makers or potential influencers.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of company and customer industry to develop optimal solutions, including: key competitors, technology, trends, challenges, government regulation, etc.
Demonstrates working knowledge of how company offerings impact customers
Executes on business opportunities and maintains a pipeline large enough to support objective attainment
Identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities and develops plans for introducing solutions through collaborative relationships.
Effectively negotiates and collaborates with customers, partners and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes
Builds and sustains relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor degree required
Minimum 4 years of sales & marketing experience in healthcare industry
Demonstrated customer knowledge in South Korea market
Proven commercial (e.g., selling, negotiating, collaborating) and marketing skills
Demonstrated top performance and results orientation
Entrepreneurial and self-starter with ability to drive projects with minimal directions
Strong business skills with potential for growth
Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and influence
Builds and sustains relationships founded on trust and loyalty
Speaks Korean and English languages
